Yes, of course. All I'm saying is that there is no need to explicitly insert a command into the page's source. MediaWiki displays the TOC automatically when there are more than 4 headlines. --Blizzy 14:28, 25 August 2006 (EDT)

I've changed the TOC routines so that the TOC is automatically generated after the localization routines have done their thing. So yes, there's no need for the { { TOC } } tag in articles any longer. - norgs 14:40, 25 August 2006 (EDT)
