Purpose
Auc-Util-ScanStart is an Auctioneer module that provides event functionality upon the initiation of an auction house scan.
Basic Functions
ScanStart, via the graphical interface, allows the user to set a number of options such as setting the DND or AFK flag, emoting, or saying something to occur upon the initiation of an auction house scan. The actions selected can be seperately set for Partial (single Item Type, with optional Item Subtype and Invenotory Type) Scans and Full Scans. More specific scans do not cause any actions to occur.
Options include:
- Allow the execution of events when scans start
- When unchecked, this addon's functionality is disabled.
- Show debug information for this session
- When checked, generates additional information useful to troubleshooting problems with this module. Having enabled does slow down processing.
The following options can be set for both Partial Scans and Full Scans
- Allow the execution of the events below...
- When unchecked, all activity is disabled for that scan type.
- Message Test
- Enter the text to say in the box.
- The combobox allows you to select where to say the text. Select NONE to turn off talking at the start of the scan.
- Set the character status to DND
- Check the box to enable DND.
- Enter any DND status text desired in the box below. Does not change DND text if DND is already on at the scan start.
- Set the character status to AFK
- Check the box to enable AFK.
- Enter any AFK status text desired in the box below. Does not change AFK text if AFK is already on at the scan start.
